WTO发布货物贸易晴雨表 全球货物贸易将持续走弱

11月18日，世贸组织发布最新货物贸易晴雨表（Goods Trade Barometer），读数为96.6，较8月份的前序数值95.7提高0.9，但仍未达到基准值100。世贸组织预计，全球货物贸易在2019年第四季度仍将延续疲弱态势。
从各分项指标看，出口订单指数为97.5，与8月份数值相同；汽车产品指数为99.8，较上季度有所回升；国际航空货运指数、电子元器件指数、原材料指数分别为93.0、88.2、91.4，均持续走弱，尤其是电子元器件贸易明显下滑；集装箱运输指数为100.8，已经呈现增长趋势。
世贸组织货物贸易晴雨表通过采集主要经济体的货物贸易统计数据，就当前世界货物贸易的发展趋势和拐点提供早期信号，每季度更新一次，与服务贸易晴雨表相配合。数值超过100时表明全球货物贸易趋向增长，低于100则表明全球货物贸易趋势疲弱。 今年早些时候，商品贸易晴雨表曾预测全球货物贸易失去动力，已得到官方数据证实。根据世贸组织最新季度贸易数据，2019年第二季度全球货物贸易仅同比增长0.2%，而去年同期为3.5%。
