韩国现代集团(HD Hyundai)造船业务中间控股公司 HD 韩国造船海洋(HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, HD KSOE)已与西门子(Siemens Digital Industries Software)签署最终协议,共同搭建下一代船舶数字化平台,实现造船全流程的数字化贯通。

该平台计划打通造船全链条:涵盖船舶设计、生产制造、供应链管理、质量管控、运维保养直至试航。将全部造船环节整合至基于 3D 模型的统一数据环境中,依托人工智能与数字技术驱动,确保全流程各阶段信息标准统一、实时共享。
韩国现代集团表示,借助该平台,船厂可将设计变更、生产实时状态直接同步至生产一线与供应链端,支撑科学决策,有效规避工期延误与质量问题。
为配合平台落地,HD 韩国造船海洋还计划打造虚拟船厂,1:1 映射实体船厂运营状态,在数字环境中模拟生产流程与设备运行,最终目标是打造一套实现船舶建造各环节数字化贯通的自主制造系统。
本次协议签署于美国华盛顿特区。

HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE), the intermediary holding company for HD Hyundai's shipbuilding business, has signed a definitive agreement with Siemens Digital Industries Software for the implementation of a next-generation marine platform that will digitally connect the entire shipbuilding process.
“As a leader in industrial AI, automation and digital twin software, Siemens is uniquely positioned to help transform how shipyards design, build and sustain the next generation of vessels,” said Tony Hemmelgarn, President and CEO of Siemens Digital Industries Software.
“This strategic collaboration is about more than technology deployment, it's about establishing a repeatable blueprint for modern shipbuilding. By combining Siemens' digital capabilities with HD Hyundai's operational excellence, we can help shipbuilders improve throughput, quality, and workforce productivity while strengthening global shipbuilding competitiveness.”
The platform is envisaged to integrate the entire shipbuilding process, from vessel design and production to supply chain management, quality control and maintenance, as well as sea trials, into a single 3D-model-based data environment powered by AI and digital technologies, enabling the use of consistent information across every stage of the process.
It will enable shipyards to transmit design changes and real-time production status updates directly to the production floor and supply chain, enabling informed decision-making to help prevent schedule delays and quality issues, HD Hyundai said.
To support this, HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering plans to develop a virtual shipyard that mirrors actual shipyard operations, enabling the simulation of production processes and equipment operations in a digital environment, with the ultimate aim of establishing an autonomous manufacturing system that digitally connects every stage of ship construction.
The agreement was signed in Washington, D.C.
